Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Wildlifepostcards.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Product Descriptions
Wildlife Postcards and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Wildlife Postcards does not warrant that product descriptions, pictures or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
Dispatch Information
We currently supply UK only. All items are usually delivered within 3-5 working days, but the delivery time can be up to 10 working days from dispatch at Royal Mails peak times. All dispatch and delivery times given are estimates, and we can give no guarantees on exact delivery time. Orders placed after 12:00noon may not be processed until the following working day, and orders placed on weekends may take until Tuesday to be dispatched. Our normal working days are Monday to Friday, non inclusive of UK Bank Holidays. If you have an urgent requirement for your order to arrive by a specific date please specify this in the notes on your order or email to wildlifepostcards@gmail.com or call us on 07955 473 706.
Site Policies, Modifications and Severability
We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
